Present policy seems extremely illogical when specialities w most antisocial hours are resulting in most locums. Bad feeling as a result of the undoing serious disagreements are only exacerbating the service delivery issues. talk about a Pyrrhic victory for the dept of Health.

As one of many well-informed members of the public, I fully support the jnrdrs & oppose the Privatisation of the NHS which should be fully-funded; which this gov't is deliberately not doing.
