This is a fantastic, brilliantly curated exhibition! I saw it in Toronto and Booklyn, and loved each visit. This is not simply of interest to David Bowie fans - the scope and depth of the exhibition, like Bowie himself, makes it a must for anyone who cares about music and/or fashion. It would be a crime to let these pieces simply sit in storage. It deserves a permanent home!

Another tour will 100% be worth it. There will also be an increase in new visitors since the time of his passing :((.

I visited this exhibit (Chicago & Brooklyn) 14 times. Sometimes I went by myself, sometimes I went with friends. Each time I went, I saw something I hadn't noticed the time before.
I've been a fan since 1972 and there were costumes I saw him perform in, as well as an interesting assortment of things I'd never seen before. It truly gave great insight to his work, especially things like hand written lyrics and how his songs changed during the process.
I agree that this collection is far too important to be "in storage". It would be a welcome addition to any museum's collecting or (ideally) in a space of its own.

Yes please!!! I followed this important exhibit around the world.. it brings Bowie to life - both for those who adored him and to newbies alike - in a way that no other exhibition has been able to do. Please please make it a permanent exhibition somewhere!
