Give it both. Tour for a period of time (based on demand, can hit places twice, etc.) then housed as a permanent collection accessible to the general public. Tour revenue = collection housing costs. Simple.

It should come back to where it began, Victoria and Albert museum London and stay there, after all this is where his journey began x ❤️
