Instead of petitioning 2 close it down y not petition to have them improve things and improve the conditions for fish/meerkat and parrots u would av alot more chance because he would av had an inspection an been licensed

Visited today, the poor meerkats water bowl was empty and green with algae, the fiah tanks were all dirty and many had dead fish inside, looked like they haven't been cleaned in atleast 6 months! There was two gerbils in a tiny cage not suitable for one and they had no substrate to burrow in, there was atleast 30 budgies inside a cage for 6 Maximum! They have broken every violation and it makes me feel so sick that this place hasnt been closed down!

They have a reptile section which is very poorly managed non of the staff in there are qualified to do these jobs so shut this place now.

Wudnt buy a thing from there it’s inhuman wudnt keep a dog in those conditions.defo wud not buy any fish from there

Pet shops have a duty of care to provide animals with an appropriate environment until they find new home (which should be proved to be a suitable home) and these requirements are not being met causing countless animals to suffer and die. They are being denied of basic care and by law are being denied their 5 basic needs; the need for a suitable environment, the need for a suitable diet, the need for appropriate social structures, the need to be protected from pain injury and disease and the need to exhibit natural behaviours.

Absolutely appalling set up from entering this vile shop, I bought a tortoise and it’s seriously poorly, owner isn’t interested and didn’t seem concerned or shocked. No chance they have public liability insurance or a H&S record for this place!!
