Not happy with this place at all! RSPCA should be called in to get it shut down!

Absolutely disgusting. Filthy fish tanks and sting rays in a tank so narrow they can't turn. Was stunned at the smell and state of the poor birds and mammals conditions, poor birds crammed into small cages and a parrot called MAX that was so depressed looking it didn't respond to any effort to get its attention. Then as we were leaving we saw a meerkat on its own just lying asleep,probably also depressed at being alone. How are these people still operating.

Called in today from Preston and was totally shocked. What a cruel environment!are these places not inspected? This place needs closing down ASAP. Is there no animal rights folk onto this place,they usually are! Maybe put this joker in a stinking cage in a dirty damp dump for a while.

Went in today for a look around. They had reptiles in vivariums sat on the bulbs because these people are not educated and cannot recognise that crested geckos and chameleons also iguanas need hight and plenty of foliage to feel safe. However there was none of this and reptiles are being neglected. The roof is collapsing in some places and the floor is a health hazard waiting to happen not to mention the smell and dirt I there. This cannot be good for customers and the I'll animals they are selling. Really came out wishing I had rescued them all. Very upset

Place is absolutely disgusting. Fish Tanks are an absolute disgrace dirty and in need of a serious clean. The poor fish look deppressed, they are riddled with white spot and other diseases how this guy hasn't been shut down i'll never know and i don't understand how he is allowed to keep any animal after being banned.

Totall agree with the comments. I have visited several times when in bolton and every time leave disappointed in the condition of the shop/animals. The place has such potential under the right ownership.

Fish tanks disgusting, the whole place is filthy and extremely run down. Why have the RSPCA not acted yet. I think I'll have to rescue a budgie

Fish dead and I’ll. meerkat living in a window riddled with fleas. Birds cramped. Rabbits didn’t have hay stinks.

Not been here for a couple of years it was truly disgusting then, I can't believe it is still open. They didn't appear to care at all about the fish and animals would sell you anything without asking and questions. Filthy horrible place.

Went in today for a look around.
