I went in there a few weeks ago looking for a crate for my small dog. I didn't look at any of the animals but was appalled at the state of the place - loose pet food on the floor obviously had been there for a while, stained and filthy carpet, and a heap of dog leads, collars, harnesses and toys looked like they had just been tipped out of a box onto the bottom shelf and left there. And that poor little meerkat all on its own - meerkats are social animals and live in groups, this one shouldn't be kept like that. This place needs closing down NOW!!

Animals are treated cruelly by certain staff members. They care only about the money, certainly not the animals. Bolton Council should not have given them a license, they've been turning a blind eye for far too long. Terrible place.

All animals require care over profit, there is nothing wrong with selling animals as a business, but with that comes high responsibility and unfortunately this business doesn’t take animal welfare seriously they are just a commodity, that’s totally unacceptable in any reasonable persons eyes, hopefully good riddance to bad rubbish

My tank is infected after buying aquatic plants, the floor has holes covered up by carpet and, while looking down the pumps isle, found that you couldn't go past a point due to a mass of ripped open boxes.

Nightmare of a shop. It should not even exist. Plants are infested with parasites. Shrimp have fungus growing off them. How is it still open?
