Daves Aquarium Bolton to be boycotted and closed down

I have had pet fish from there before and they died if diseases, and the other animals in there where showing signs of anxiety it's a disgrace

I agree this has to be closed down I went here once to see a meerkat running up and down in distress

if allegations proven - immediate shut down.

The fighter fish are in connected tanks and can get to each other. I asked the staff to seperate them but he just said they will get together again. There was a fish with no fin and was stuck in the flow of bubbles with no escape. A parrot also let itself out of the cage one time we went there. A member if staff was having an argument another time and smashed a cup by throwing it next to a mother and child which caused a huge kick off in store but nothing was done about it. Horrible place needed shutting down years ago

been in ince looking to buy fish tank and fish Took one look at the place changed my mind Dead fish floats not in tanks Been like it for years

I went in there abit ago it stunk the birds looked neglected and there cages were dirty disgusting should be shut down no animal should suffer in them conditions couldn't wait to get out

That place is a mess

I reported them about 4 years ago. And I know others that have. Still nothing has been done.

Absolutely disgusting conditions and even worse customer service. Both baby rabbits sold to me fell ill within 24 hours and died within 48 hours. No responsibilty taken and the cheeky cow even tried to take the dead body off me so my children couldn't bury it and say goodbye. Vile!!!!!!!!

I feel so sorry for all the animals in there stinks when u walk in they all look so sad wished I could take them all home

It used to be good but staff just don't care anymore. I waited 25 mins for assistance in a quiet time (There were only 3 other customers in the Isles where you buy fish,) We all left disgusted without being spoken to by any staff. We all chatted at the car park saying how bad the customer service had gotten! Not been back since

Been in on and off over the years. They occasionally have a couple of staff that I trust regarding marines but they no longer seem to work on this section. Lots of dead and I'll fish and would not get any other animals from them. The smells are awful.

If birds and animals are being treated badly close it down the sooner the better
