went here a few weeks ago hoping to buy a parrot .must admit they didnt look very happy lots of different birds to close together only needs one to be ill for it to spread didnt smell good in there either .needless to say i didnt buy

Been a few times and its absolutly disgusting as was is other shops that got shut down he just reopens in 1 of his staffs name he needs banning from ever opening a shop again

This place needs Shutting down , filthy place and the poor animals all need taking to a clean safe place where they can be looked after correctly . Why have the rspca not shut this place down ? I shall be contacting every rspca until o get an answer !!!!!

I have stopped buying fish from there as I was upset by dead fish on the floor which had jumped out of tanks and been left and also fish with visible disease on sale

I bought two rats from here about a year and a half ago had to take one back the day after as he was sneezing blood and it turned out to have a upper respitory infection and all they did was try to resell him without dealing with the problem mostof the fish have fin rot or white spot it is disgusting and inhumane needs closing most of the birds have feathers missing and are all scabby and sore this place used yo be brillient now it is so bad it needs rspca attention
