I went to this shop, smelt like plop and the Betta fish tanks was smaller than my ball bag it's aboot time the got on this 'Daves' case. Plopadop

Yes i have been in and seen some pets in bad conditions.

Called about 3weeks ago and was truly shocked with how disgusting it was, fish tanks filthy fish with growths on them. This place needs to be shut permanently the original daves aquarium was amazing when owned for many years by dave I went as a little girl, but he would be mortified to see the state of the place he made a great business. So sad to see this place in such a disgusting mess .

I frikkin hate people literally, who can be so obviously cruel to the animals in their care and blatantly disregard the fact they know it’s clear to every one simply to try and scrape the last bit of money from that pit he calls a store. Close it RAPID !!!

Disgusting Place

It's a absolutely disgraceful I remember seeing the meerkat being fed cat food and a load of blue bottles landing on the bowl he was given cat beds to sleep in and the parrana fish being held in a bottom tank with no safety top on it easy for children to put their hands in plus dead koi floating on top of the water and the shop is a dirty place its unsafe especially the floor were koi are kept and the toilets are falling to bits the shop itself is the products are just thrown on the shelves and not tidied up it absolutely disgrace

There's a bit of good news for anyone interested. Within the last week the RSPCA have made several visits to this place after numerous complaints from the public about the health and welfare of the animal. Around 50 animals were taken away last Thursday and more taken yesterday, signs have been put up round the shop saying that certain other animals are not for sale and forbidding customers to enter certain areas. The shop has now lost its licence to sell animals and due to health and safety issues Trading Standards will not be renewing the business licence.

I went in there several years ago, I could not believe the state of the place, it was absolutely terrible. There was 1 meerkat on its own, I complained that it should be with other meerkats as they are social animals. They told me it’s partner had just sold & it wouldn’t be on its own for long. Reading previous comments & reviews if it’s the same meerkat it’s been on It’s own for years. This place is disgusting

Dirty place with poorly kept animals

you cannot be lazy looking after animals,they need constant care.

About time this awful place was raided. The animals have been living in shocking conditions for far too long. Not a nice place to visit.

Hell hole staff couldnt care less discussing there lives common and just down right scrotes animals were appalling i left there heart broken

its abuse of the animals there, the meercat in the window on its own is sad alone, meercats done survive on their own, not enough room for the animals to grow.

Shocking conditions & no interest in customer satisfaction at all plus car park looks like a dump
