I have been spending my evenings watching old sketches and imagining exactly how he would handle the monologue. The energy he brings to a stage is unmatched and it feels like the writers are missing a massive opportunity by not putting him behind that desk.

Seeing this much energy behind the idea of Dave hosting makes me realize how many people share my obsession with his stage presence. Watching this build up feels like the best kind of tribute to his legendary career and I am truly energized by your excitement.

He should host SNL, he's brilliant, because of his music, me and the love of my life, my beautiful, amazing fiance have our 'Song' and favorite description of how long we want to be with eachother. Everlong. :)

Dave and the FF are a WIN/WIN combo. Maybe you could have Tina Fey/Sarah Palin introduce the musical guest. I'D WATCH THAT! C'mon SNL...MAKE IT HAPPEN!
Dave Grohl would make the best host for SNL. His music videos are mini skits, he's fearless & has no problem dressing in drag. Plus, he's funny and beautiful.
Please let one of the funniest men in the world host the show and let Foo Fighters rock out!
