I strongly oppose the construction of this data center due to sound and air pollution consequences.

There are already so many data centers here! They are encroaching on our living areas! No more!

I’m also against building yet another data center that not only will be an eye sore, will affect property values, noise level, aesthetics etc. It is not the proper place to build a concrete building that doesn’t bring value to the community. The prior plans to build a restaurant or church is sounding more appealing then this. I agree wholeheartedly with the other neighbors concerns and object to this building application.

I am original owner in Farmwell Hunt. I do NOT want a Data Center this close. We need diversity of businesses in Ashburn and not just have a plethora of data centers. We also need to keep Ashburn looking beautiful!

I too object to this unsightly intrusion on our residential neighborhood. This would be an excellent opportunity for the county to step up and purchase this land for much needed recreational area such as ball fields, park, or even a small nature reserve.

This is absolutely. The number of data centers have already inflated and using this piece of land for another center will be a wrong decision. Ashburn is supposed to be a nice friendly residential space and not a data center paradise.

I am completely opposed to having a data center adjacent to our Farmwell Hunt neighborhood. There is no reason to locate these unsightly centers near established residential neighborhoods and I feel doing so would have a negative impact on property values and the quality of life we currently enjoy.

You have built enough data centers in this country bit this one is too close to residents. You have no data on health detriments to a population and I don't wish to be one of the guinea pigs.

This is too close from residential areas! We already have so few parks and fields for kids to play outside. This does nothing for the quality of life in our neighborhood.

I live right in Farmwell Hunt's neighborhood and would detest living right by a data center. There's already too many in the area and it has made the traffic on Waxpool dangerous and congested. I moved to ashburn to have good walking paths and enjoy the neighborhoods, not feel like I'm in a warehouse park.

A data center is one of the worst neighbors we could have.

We are opposed to a change in zoning for a data center at Morley Corner. Especially next to residential areas. Data Centers need to be located in a commercial area far away from residential properties.
