Building a data center within 300 feet of a residential community defies common sense. The noise pollution alone is reason enough to not approve this.

My wife and I are the original owners of an abutting property in Farmwell Hunt. Please don't allow them to build what amounts to a Berlin Wall behind our home. Our lot sits 20 feet below the proposed data center. Add another 30 feet and we'll never see the sun. We relied on PD-OP zoning when we contracted to build our home in 1999. Don't allow them to change the zoning now; such action will diminish the value of our property. Go look at the monstrosity being built just east of the subject lot to understand the impact the proposed structure will have on our community, and that data center across from The Regency is on nearly the same level. The impact on us will be much worse, both visually and economically. Don't allow this development to go forward! Stop the data-centerization of Ashburn now!!!

I am strongly opposed to have a data center built and operated in our back yard. This community has worked hard to keep it a quiet, family friendly environment and adding this huge eye sore will greatly reduce that environment. The humming alone from the Cooling units will disturb the quiet atmosphere. Ashburn Village Road should be the line between the industrial and residential keep it on the other side.

Enough with the data centers! We must keep residential neighborhoods as they are intended - residential. This is a terrible idea and absolutely not in the best interest of Farmwell Hunt or any other Loudoun neighborhood. Do not set a precedent by allowing data centers to be built right next to residential neighborhoods. The pollution and noise are already too close to our neighborhoods along Waxpool. Do not allow these aesthetically disgusting warehouse looking behemoth's to encroach any further into our lives. We have all invested heavily and worked too hard to keep our Ashburn area neighborhoods attractive to allow this type of destruction to our efforts of keeping this community beautiful. This proposed data center location is absolutely wrong and certainly not in the best interest of any citizen of Loudoun County. Put a stop to this now! Please!!!

I oppose the rezoning to permit a Data Center build-out. Precious open air space and greenspace will be consumed driving Ashburn to become even more like a industrial park setting.

Do not allow construction a date center adjacent to two residential communities. The site is at an elevation around 20 ft above th adjacent single family homes. Two story data centers approach 50ft in height. Such a commercial building cant be screened from adjacent residential property. I like data centers for the income that bring the county with out much burden on infrastructure but this one is too big and too close or this site.

I’m resident of Farmwell Hunt. This new construction will be a big nuisance for home owners leaving near by. I’ m strongly opposing for those requesting to change the zoning just for some monetary benefits. Regards, Amol Shah

We do not need to lose anymore land to a data center. It is already a difficult tasks to find a place to take the kids to run and play on open land. The reason we moved to Ashburn was for more property. Why not move back to the city if they are going to ruin our beautiful family communities?!?

Ashburn was ranked very high for the best places to live in the country. Putting in more data centers and next to neighborhoods will bring down that ranking! Keep Ashburn beautiful! I don't even want to think about the cancer rates that would go up with the installation of all these data centers! Make the soccer field into a County field. We need those more for our kids!
