We are united in facing the grand challenges that being a leader in this forward-thinking faculty paradigm poses. We want to foster the talent of all faculty whether their main workload is teaching, research, service or practice.
It's a big idea to be fair and respectful to all faculty, but the Delaware Model is admired by other institutions. We dared to be first and we'd like it to stay that way.
