Following the resent investigation done by BBC 1 panorama into the dog homes and amount of healthy dog being destroyed I have decided to start a petition to make it the law for “dangerous dogs” to be spayed while having injections as puppies unless you can prove you are a registered dog breeder, by doing this I hope it will reduce the amount of unwanted dogs and puppies being born and sold to irresponsible owners.
