We need roads safer for our kids

Children's safety is being compromised

A former student (matriculated 2016) with 2 nephews in the primary school. The navigation in dangerous and non conducive.

Please sort out the drop off and pick up point at the school. It’s actually very scary for the children as well as the drivers.

This must be addressed

Please create a better drop off point for the kids. Other government schools have huge constructed drop and pick off points Drive to willow park primary school and also wingens heights secondary as an example to see how a drop off point looks. One of the days a child is going to get knocked and it will be too late. Open the school gate so we can drop off at grounds as well. One gaurd can't control all that extra traffic as well. It's not fait to only have one gaurd to control traffic. What if a child walks out through the gate And the gaurd is busy controlling traffic

I this is just ridiculous. The school needs to find a safer and more effective way to manage pick ups and drop ofs. There stance on this is so questionable.

It is highly unreasonable to expect the majority of school traffic to be directed to the smaller more inconvenient road when there is the option for safer parking available

Our childrens lives are our utmost priority and we feel that Gate 1 is not suitably equipped to handle high traffic volumes yet Star College insist on using this gate. Gate 2 is more suitable based on a parking area. Is Star College Westville going to be held responsible for any fatalities when parents are advising the school of the above safety risk and hazardous to children at Gate 1?

Traffic congestion is extremely chaotic . Kids can get knocked while running across to look for parents cars

Road is too narrow
