Flagrant violation of Court orders at Dahihandi Festival at Thane 2015

Totally frustrated. CM Phadnis has done a disservice to Thane, Mumbai. What about actors and actresses dancing when children were risking their life? They have no scruples left. Give them money and they will dance naked also. I will like to run away from this country as early as possible. I have limited life and have no time to teach or preach these criminals. Do anything but stop this menace. This is a threat to democracy. Presently we have dynasties in all most all political parties, National or Local. What a insult of goodness of people? Look at their lavish life style !!! All supported by you and me. Nothing can be expected from Police. CM of Maharashtra instructed Police and Municipal authorities at Thane to go slow on implementation of Rule of Law. I have lost all respect for him. I support this petition.

I agree srinivas, we have elected these person. Acording to me they (political leader) elect themselves on their own strenth by creating slums for votebank on nallahs,hills and public road. Our NOTA is never going to overtake their vote bank at least for next several years. Our so called white coloured people enjoy holiday on election day or vote for someone for thier selfish purpose. I think now The Indian Constitution required to change so as to keep Minimum votes in favour and minimum NOTA which should not be more than certian percentage (say 10%) of total voters of that constituency.

Serious attention is required to such dangerous celebrations

This is a serious matter. All political leaders are supporting this nonsense. For the sake of votes they can do strip ties also. They are shameless creatures. We see criminality is rewarded by all political parties. This is the reason why intellectuals loose faith in democracy. Such situations are fertile ground for naxalism. I support petition.

Yes festivals should be celebrated in common but they should not be a nuisance and harmful...

In what way this is different from TALIBAN ? We are hypocrites of first order. Leaders of these representatives are supporting and encouraging them. Thane is supposed to be a town of middle call. You have elected them. How can you shun your responsibility. If they are criminals you are abetters of crime. I agree with an early comment that Police are criminals in uniform. We implore the high court to take strictest action against the MP & MLA mentioned herein and also against the district police authority & TMC for the violation of law.
