You need to please understand that we are all suffering during this difficult time we are all taking financial hits so the school should also help in showcasing its culture of kindness towards it community. Thank you

To whom this is of concern It is of great privilege to be part of the DAA family ever since 2009/2010. Over the years my wife and I have supported our children's education by sending them to the school that we love and they thrully enjoy. Getting the email from Mr. Dino asking to follow up with feeses was nothing of a shock as education is a business (don't be fooled) it's a way of life. I'm not in a position to explain the schools owner wealth and actually I don't care. What I do care are many things that the school admin and owner can do to help in this matter. 1st Reduce the fees. 2nd Pay its staff their full contract salaries, even if they need to dip into its own bank account. 3rd Have some mercy on parents whom have supported the school, its activities and staff with the utmost respect. 4th Understanding the economic situation of not just Dubai but the rest of the world's economy ( IMF has stated we are in a ressision). 5th Not just reduce the fees of the last term but cancel it. Also on this note refund the people who already paid in order to help the families during this world crisis. 5th Write to the families letters of support, kindness and hope to get over this and let's get back together stronger than before. 6th Understand that some parents pay the fees without comp help. With this said as a father of 2 proud sons that goes to DAA for their betterment of the future, I will always place my children's early education in your hands. My family and I do wish everyone a successful petition. Best regards Cordell C. Hadeed

You should really consider about the fees. The schools save on electricity, water, prints, fuel, cleaning, maintenance, wear and tear etc. Our children are not using the school facilities. Etc. Economy is hurting, everyone and everything is too. I hope the authorities like ministry and KHDA has put this on their think tank. Economy is hurting. Reduction, give more time to pay, give us more installments options etc. And not pressure us to pay now and pay re-enrolment for next year. The whole world is uncertain!

IT IS APPALLING to request for term 3 payment when you have NOT done the least ! ( even though our teacher is beyond perfect... the E Learning system is a complete disaster!! Horrible system !!!)

I would expect the fees for term 3 to be fairly adjusted so that they reflect the value of the service provided

We are proud DAA PARENT but considering the recent unexpected situation a discount for the fees is a must . #weareinthistogether we should walk the talk .

I believe the words said above should be more than enough to outline the current situation all are facing today. DAA should be responsible towards their students and their families. Enough said.

I have paid for the entire school year as well as the deposit for next year. Any credit for next year will be very helpful

A 2nd semester refund should be issued for parents that paid for the whole year.

I completely agree, what we have currently is not good value for money. The teachers are doing their best but it's just not what we signed up for at moving to a GEMS school. We are all taking big financial hits, yet the CEO sends a message saying 'pay up now please' - it completely shows that it is not the community at the forefront of the corporation. DAA is a lovely community, but this has left a very sour taste. Sharjah have abolished fees for all students, GEMS should consider doing the right thing for their Dubai schools also.

I understand the situation, however the campus is closed and it diminishes your expenses. Considering discount looks fair enough.

I strongly believe that our tuition should be at least reduced to a reasonable and manageable amount given that some of us are either losing jobs or receiving reduces salaries.

No word can be said more than it’s in this letter, a refund or non payment of last semester is a must.

Since we are doing all the work at home I don’t think we should pay for third trimester

Fair enough to discount at least of the 25%.
