I spent the morning reading through the stories you shared about the nature center and it just reminds me how much this place meant to my own kids growing up. I am currently working on a formal presentation to show the council exactly how vital these programs are for our local schools. Please keep sharing your own memories because they prove this center is far more than just a line item in a budget.

My own kids learned to love our local wildlife at this center and I refuse to watch them lock the doors on our community. We are almost at one hundred signatures so please send this link to your neighbors right now to show the council how much this place truly matters.

i grew up going here and learned so much about the bay. keep it open for the next generation
really tragic to see such a gem being thrown away. shame on the city council if they vote for this.
1% of the budget is nothing compared to what we lose if they close it. find the money elsewhere.
This center is so important for the kids in our community. dont make a huge mistake.
My kids love this place. We go every single month. Please dont let it close down!!
