Every non-profit is held to standards that require transparency and communication to its members. At a minimum the board needs to communicate to members about the elections, open the slate to the community, hold elections and provide a public forum to make the bylaws available.

I don’t have detailed knowledge nor historical context for how Cutters has managed itself. However this seems clear enough. The installation of structures that produce the level of transparency being called for is absolutely reasonable. Moreover, it is good for the health and longevity of the institution.

Parent of 2 soccer players. Need more transparency of board actions and meetings. The parents should receive an invitation to the meetings and the minutes should also be available. The board includes volunteer members who should serve our kids interest, not personal ones.

Very concerned about the lack of transparency of the board, about the recent resignation of Mike Nofosky and about the few that I heard of the process by which he is being replaced. Cutters board should not sbe manipulated to serve someone's personal thirst of power and domination.
