I agree. Costs sky rocketing and ridiculous fees which shouldn't be included in every months bill.

I'm upset seeing AEP charging us 1/4 for things that they should be paying for. We are continuing to see ad-on's . It's time that someone checks on Them.

It's bad enough they manipulate their operations to put any fault of service interruptions on the customer. Now they want to make you for their mistakes?? Unbelievable! This company needs to be federally investigated, enough is enough already. I am so unbelievably tired of AEP and their crude and inhumane manipulation I seriously hope they are brought down. That being said I really hope by signing this petition stops them from any further manipulation!

What kind of a business ask customers to pay for there failures, repairs and such. Also what kind of commission (PUCO), agrees with this .

The impact of losing coal income and people like you abusing folks with your charges because we have no other choice for elec. You must not be able to
Sleep at night because their are elderly doing without food and medicine to keep heat. It is heartless and disgusting considering your last years profit. My prayers are with those involved in making this decision.

These rate hikes need to stop. My bill just jumped $100 extra dollors a month for a budget.
