These rate hikes need to stop. My bill just jumped $100 extra dollors a month for a budget.

Your rates are already unaffordable for most people. I make nearly 60k per year and I still have had to go without food off and on because I couldn't pay my electric bills. Every month you try to tell me that my bills are 300 dollars or more when I'm a single person in a small house and I don't even use that much electricity. The only way I could owe that much is if very little of that amount goes toward my actual usage and the rest goes to lining your pockets. You are corrupt, dishonest, and have no concept of ethical business practices.
