I have been spending so much time talking to the kids and trying to keep them focused on school while all this legal stress hangs over us like a dark cloud. It is honestly exhausting to hear the lies being told to the social workers when we are just trying to honor what she actually wanted. People keep reaching out with advice and I am trying to keep up with every single message even though my head is spinning.

The kids should remain in a stable environment, in which if they're of age to say where they feel comfortable; they should remain with their aunt.

Due to circumstances them kids needs to be with my Auntie. Through thick and thin and she has always been there for them kids and my big sister regardless of what the situation was or how it was she was there.Their dad is it in the best position to take care of them kids due to his health issues yeah he may be the parent and the father of them kids but my best interest is from my Auntie to get them.
