Charles and Cynthia deserve FULL custody. they have been there sincet day 1 while the mother was out just looking out for her self and thre abuser. Who knows if this will happen and if the courts let it happen than our "justice system" really isnt in our best favor or Andrew's.

Baby Andrew needs to live with people that will keep him safe and happy and his grandparents have shown that they are devoted to Andrew, barely leaving his side. Despite having jobs to go to, other children to care for and making their home better suited to Andrew and his needs they continue to be his support network, love and comfort. Andrew deserves to live with them, he's been through enough.

please grant Andrews grandparents full custody. This child would be in a loving and stable environment. The fact that the birth mother remains with the abuser tells you enough about her mental capacity.
