This little boy needs a safe . stable , secure home, his grandparents are the ones to do this. To allow his mother to be in charge is dangerous. Look what already happened. We do not know yet how much lasting damage may have already been done to Baby Andrew, only time will tell. But we must ensure no one ever does this to him again. Please grant Cynthia and Charles Owens permanent custody.
