Andrew needs to be protected from his abuser. This sweet baby needs to go home with his grandparents. This mother his still saying her boyfriend did not hurt that child. My god it's her child. Please fix rotectbthis child from further abuse.

It is very apparent that Baby Andrew belongs with his maternal grandparents. we cannot allow the system to fail this sweet innocent child by allowing the "mother" to have physical or legal custody of Andrew! We the people beg you to do what you KNOW is right and that is granting FULL LEGAL & PHYSICAL custody to Charles and Cynthia Owens.

It is very apparent that Baby Andrew belongs with his maternal grandparents. we cannot allow the system to fail this sweet innocent child by allowing the "mother" to have physical or legal custody of Andrew! I want to see this baby is in good hands. this story is close to my heart as it was close to the time my little Scooter-pop was viciously murdered at 3 yrs old. Andrew's grandparents have went above and beyond loving him. They have been there every single day for him and as a mother I could not imagine the fear and pain that little one went through, His grandparents deserve sole custody of this precious baby.
