Baby Andrew deserves not but the best and that would be to let him go home with the best nanny c and papa. Charles and Cynthia Owens is where Andrew needs to be.

Baby Andrew is recovering beautifully, but only God knows what to what extent. We are all praying for a FULL recovery but if that's not going to be the case, please don't let him go back with the biological mother. As a mother of a 27 year old who is severely mentally and physically disabled, I can tell you that there will be many challenges that outweigh the normal challenges of raising a child. This mother is absolutely not capable of making decisions for this baby. Please give sole custody to the true caregivers. Andrew is counting on them and will most definitely need them.

Baby Andrew is recovering beautifully, but only God knows what to what extent. I could not imagine how anyone could do this to any child. I have a granddaughter who is my everything. I am wishing that this precious little guy ends up with people who love him. His Pappa & Nanny.
