why would this child be released to a parent that supports the person that abused him. The outcome will be death, release this child to his grandparents so he can live a happy and safe life.

please grant custody to charles and cynthina owens they been with this little man since he arrived at the hospital and been with andrew 24 7 without leaving his side andrew clearly andrew will have a happy life with his grandparents then with his mother his mother been calling her son that child and clearly to me judge that is not a safe haven for andrew and besides the mom going to marry the SOB that hurt her son please judge grant custody to the grandparents do not send this child back with his mom

This baby does not need to be exposed to him or her ever again! He's gained so much from the love of his grandparents. He now has hope of a hopeful normal childhood. Being returned to parents would rip the child from that once again.

I have been following baby Andrew for a few weeks now, and have not seen his mother active in his life. However, his grandparents have been there everyday since the beginning. Andrew deserves to be with people who love him, and that is his grandparents.
