as a abused child i know that i would not have made it without a safe and loving home to go to.. dont let this child suffer once he leaves hospital! this poor child has to live with whats happened as it is. no court should release a abuser nor stop a child from being safe

This child was blessed by God and given back to the world in one of the most amazing miracles ever known. If Andrew was to end up back into the hands of a mother that cared more to hold the man's hand that did this to her own child instead of holding her child's hand that she may have never held again, is ridiculous and shows where her heart lies. I wish the very best for the grandparents, they deserve to have full custody. If they were there for Andrew at the hospital since this happened to him, shows how much they will be there once he's out of the hospital.

I do not know this family but have come to love them. The love and support of the Owens' is a major part of why Andrew is still here and progressing as he is. The Owens should have full legal and physical custody of Andrew. They are the only ones that have fully supported this child from the beginning. Any other decision would not be justified.
