Custody of Baby Andrew To be Granted to Charles and Cynthia Owens

Mr. & Mrs. Owens(Papa & Nanny) should be given permanent custody of Baby Andrew, effective immediately!! The Grandparents have been by his side since this tragedy started, they have been Andrew's Parents. I feel that the Owens should be allowed to Fully Adopt Baby Andrew, after all, they are truly his Parents.
