The fact the man who abused this little boy is out on the street and his mother is still with him, the safest place for Baby Andrew is with his grandparents who have been there for him from day one. The mother should have nothing to do with Andrew while still with the man that hurt him. If the mother wants to see her son it should be with supervised visitation only..

I worry daily that this precious baby will be placed back in the care of his mother, the thought of this scares me, she obviously does not have Andrew's best interest or safety in mind. Andrew needs to remain in the custody of Charles and Cynthia Owens so they can provide all the love and attention he deserves and they can keep him healthy and safe.

I pray that the one responsible for making the decision involving who gets custody of this sweet miracle knows all the facts and place sweet Andrew in the care of his maternal grandparents.
