The right thing to do is to give parental custody to Charles and Cynthia Owens. They have shown their love for Baby Andrew by being there, putting their lives on hold to care for him, they have been there since the first call. You can tell by pictures that this baby feels safe with them. We fear if the baby goes back to his biological mother, the same scenario will play over.

They have shown their love for Baby Andrew by being there, putting their lives on hold to care for him, they have been there since the first call. You can tell by pictures that this baby feels safe with them. We fear if the baby goes back to his biological mother, the same scenario will play over.

I have followed this child's journey through this terrible time. I have watched his grandparents care and love for him. by his side everyday praying singing joy and tears.he deserves a safe loving healthy environment . with his grandparents is the only place this child should be.
