its about time the system pulled its backside into gear and show they truly to care about those who cant defend themselves ! if this poor innocent child goes back to his mother and her partner the poor little mite wont live and it will be shame on and the departments fault and should be held just as accountable for the childs welfare as much as the parents.

I have been following this little guy and I see NO reason why his birth parents should have custody or even visitation to see Andrew. It is obvious who has the child at the best interest and that is the Grandparents.

Please give custody to the two people that love and care for Andrew. Their names are Cynthia and Charles Owens. They are his maternal grandparents. Even since the day he was hurt by the mother's boyfriend, these two people, Nanny & Pappy have been by his side. The mother and her boyfriend do not deserve to have this precious baby in their life!

Please do not release baby Andrew to his mother and her abusive boyfriend. Cynthia and Charles Owens (Andrew's maternal grand parents) have been there for Andrew since he was born and have stepped up to be with him ever since he was abused. They should be granted custody of him.

I have been Watching Andrew since his Recovery page was set up! This little Boy is Such an Inspiration and True to The Meaning of a Soldier... He is Fighting for His Life and What a Miraculous Job he Is doing at such a tiny Fragile Age...I give all Credit to His Nanny and Papas Devotion in Baby Andrews Recovery (As Well as all His Doctors/Surgeons)
