If the mother cared she would be at his side all the time whether she thinks the boyfriend did it or not. The grandparents are the ones that have shown this baby the love that he needs to overcome this horrible thing that has happened to him.

That baby looked so terrified and traumatized in the video I saw of him. It was so horrible to see such a young soul with so much pain and fear in his eyes. Please let him have a better life now. Please.

This baby deserves to be with his grandparents. How can a mother not be by their childs side and take the abuser's side that is heart breaking, and I am not trying to be negative when I say that. But, baby andrew needs to be with his grandparents who have been there every single day and have fought for him, they are there for him during his recovery. I dont want this to happen again to baby andrew so please allow his grandparents full custody.
