there should be a restraining order on his attacker. the fact that she has not been by his side is baffling. although we all night feel this way as his grandparents do this petition has no legal say in the matter. everything we might hear is great say. not being by the boys side is a good sign of neglect which might be cause in which your custody is granted. I wish the best for that boy

Baby Andrew needs to spend his life with his maternal grand parents. He will not be safe with his mother who plans to stay with her boyfriend (the abuser). He will be in the safest environment with his maternal grandparents who will shower him with love and most importantly keep him out of harms way.
