It's not fair to send baby ANDREW home to a abusive unsafe place in the hands of the people who already tried to kill him once before. Please give this child a second chance at life by letting his grandparents adopt him to raise,love,and keep this child safe.

I'm a firm believer in grandparents having rights to their grandvhildren. If the parent or parents of the child can't be responsible and protect that child love and care for that child then they don't deserve that child.Give custody to the grandparents the ones who do love and care for this chikd

it is such a horrific event that put baby Andrew in this position and he should never be in danger of having to go through this again...he belongs with his nanny and papa

Please, DO NOT return this baby to Savannah!!!! No TRUE MOTHER would allow this to happen to her baby and still be with the mam who did it!!! The grand parents, Cynthia and Charles Owens have been there for this child and will always be!!!
