anyone can give birth to a child. It takes a sincere real loving, nurturing, caring person to raise a baby. I truly believe it is in the best interest of the State of SC to award Mr. and Mrs. Charles Owens full custody of Baby Andrew. The grandparents have been by his side ever since the day of him being hurt. The girl that gave birth to Baby Andrew has only came around a few times. What does that say about her? She could care less about the child she gave birth to.

anyone can give birth to a child. It takes a sincere real loving, nurturing, caring person to raise a baby. I truly believe it is in the best interest of the State of SC to award Mr. and Mrs. Charles Owens full custody of Baby Andrew. The grandparents have been by his side ever since the day of him being hurt. The girl that gave birth to Baby Andrew has only came around a few times. What does that say about her? She could care less about the child she gave birth to.
