baby Andrew needs to be with his grandparents because no telling what would happen to that baby if he went home to the mother which is still with the guy who is accused of doing this to him. what if the mother gets him and the baby ends up dead!!!! because once again our justice system is all kinds of screwed up.

I know its only one name but hopefully joined with many more will make a difference and Andrew will go to two people that love him the most that being Charles and cynthia Owens
