these grandparents should all rights to Andrew they have been there for the sweet angel ever since he was born, the only way the baby will have a chance at a normal life is is nanny c and papa has him they are the ones that are there.

Baby Andrew belongs in the safe loving home with his grandparents, not with an obviously unstable woman who isn't mature enough to know that your child and their safety comes before anything and anyone!

Anyone can have a child. To be a true mother is a right. A RIGHT THAT MUST BE EARNED. A true mother would never let her baby suffer. Andrews mother turned her back on him from day one of this occuring. Savannah should never call herself his mom! Charles and Cynthia Owens have been more than parents. Heres a chance for child services to redeem themselves as the should do in every case. #BringAndrewHomeSafe Amen

any judge would be a fool to put this child back in the arms of the women who was meant to protect him. there are no second chances except the one that was given to baby andrew. if you give him back to his mother you will be signing his death certificate and will have to live with that for the rest of your life.
