There is no way this precious child should be given back to his mother especially while she still stands with Andrew's abuser. The Owenses should have full legal custody!!

Do not give Andrew back to his monster allowing to hurt her baby mother .. shes proven shes not fit nor does she care.. had my baby been hurt you would see me non stop at the hospital.. Keep baby Andrew with Nanny and Poppa

There is no one that can care for Andrew the way this beautiful loving grandparents can. This is the only logical place for him. BY NO MEANS SHOULD HE BE RETURNED TO HIS BIOLOGICAL MOTHER OR ANYONE ELSE!!!
