I can't think of anyone better to take care of this little boy. These twould selfless people hAve been with baby Andrew since it has happened. Anyone can see that they are the ones that should have custody.

Babu Andrew will have an amazing life with his grandparents, his mother doesn't deserve him! She had her chance to be able to raise such a beautiful boy and messed that up!

The grandparents need to be the primary care holders of Baby Andrew. Charles & Cynthia have been by his side since day one and before he was abused.
