We The People from the United States Of America wish that in the
proven absence of child abuse, maltreatment of children, and domestic violence.Share custody would be the preferred method of parenting in the best interest of the children.

We The People from the United States of America want a Task Force formed to track and return children to their native State,New York to reunite victims of alienation to bond with the non-custodial party and other relatives.

We The People from the United States of America want the Support Collection Unit (SCU) to halt all support payments until children are returned to their native State of New York, and the Courts have sanctioned the alienation of the children.

We The People from theUnited States of America wish to have a mandatory DNA option available before the acknowledgement of paternity is signed. The results should be made available before the would be father acknowledges paternity. In order for the would be father to avoid being obligated to support children that DNA would later reveal to be non-biological.

We The People from the United States of America want in the proven absence of child abuse and maltreatment of children the party who makes the unfounded allegations, should pay the legal expenses of the falsely accused party, and sole custody should be awarded to the wrongly accused.

We The People from theUnited States of America want much like the penalties for Non-Custodial parties who fail to honor their obligation to financially support children. For those parties who interfere with the custody of children .

Custodial parties who violate Court Orders, and interfere with custody by denying visitation or fleeing the jurisdiction native to the subject children.

Should loose their driving privileges for periods no greater than six(6) months for interfering with custody,or denying visitation.Have passports suspended,or bank accounts frozen.Imprisonment for repeat offenders for periods no greater than six(6) months.

Or fines no greater than $750,and plea of guilty to a class "A" violation. These penalties would serve as a deterrent for those who wish to commit and repeat these offenses without fear of penalty, and care for the psychological damage imposed upon the children.

We The People from the State of New York wish to have a waiver on the Earned Income Credit for non-custodial parents who have visitation exceeding 20% of a calendar year, incurring medical expense, additional educational expenses (tutoring) for children with promotion in doubt or other educational challenges.Even when these parents earn above $36,000 annually a waiver would be just and appropriate. Unlike Baraby V.Baraby which basically says that even when custody is equally shared, the parent who has the greater income shall always be deemed the non-custodial parent for the purpose of support.

We The People from the United States of America wish to have the expenses such as mortgage, rent, and what it cost to entertain children while visiting the Non-Custodial party taken in consideration.
