Cupball is a small, very fun sport invented by some of my friends. It doesn't have a lot of players, right now, which is why the Wikipedia page describing it was deleted on the grounds that it was a "blatant hoax." But if we can get enough people to play cupball and sign this petition, we can restore the page! Here are the rules of the game:
It's basically just like volleyball, but instead of a net, you use music stands, instead of a ball, you use a small paper cup, and instead of teams, you go one on one. If you don't have music stands, you can substitute them with anything you want. Even just draw a line on the ground if you have to. Cupball is a very informal sport.
Set up the music stands into two boxes so that each player has an equal amount of space. Now just hit the cup back and forth between yourselves until one player messes up by hitting the cup out of bounds or letting it touch the ground on their side. When this happens, you opponent gets a point. And remember, NO SPIKING.
Using a cup instead of a ball creates different aerodynamics and greatly changes the style of sport. So sign the petition and try it! Send this petition to your friends, and we CAN make a difference!
