The upzoning is a purely political move because the reasoning behind it doesn't add up in any way, shape or form! As a homeowner I'm infinitely more qualified to know what's going on here and what 'de-zoning' will do to our communities! This is a plain political move to displace and destroy the middle class - it is not being done at Martha's Vineyard or at any of the neighborhoods where the proponents of 'abolish exclusionary zoning' live!

What the Council is doing is NOT governance. It’s an Agenda. Governance is by the consent of the governed. We do not consent and we must organize to exercise our rightful and lawful authority as Americans with status, standing and jurisdiction.

Beautiful, inclusive and welcoming sections of Culver City like the neighborhood we live in (as renters) would be destroyed by this measure.

This is too much density for our city. This is no doubt pushed forward by developers who don’t live in the area and are only concerned with making a profit at the expense of the residents of our beautiful family oriented neighborhoods

I'll want a refund on my property price and taxes from the state if I am forced into living in an area zoned for R-3/R-4 which I did not choose or pay for.

This "petition" is a scam. Someone is signing other people up without their permission. It is not clear how someone can remove their name once this has happened.
