I'm all for affordable housing, but eliminating single family zoning CLEARLY won't help! Have you SEEN those multi-million dollar condos on Duquesne? Affordable will be replaced with housing no one can afford.

We need a more thoughtful and robust zoning policy that will ensure affordable housing instead of enabling developers to do whatever they want.

It is unfair for hardworking homeowners that have stood by this city.

"UPZONING" will totally destroy what makes Culver City the desirable place to live and raise your family.

Traffic is really bad as it is, it would get a lot worse.

There is currently an oversupply of rental properties as well as more “mixed us” project in various stages of construction now. The last thing Culver City needs at this point is a further reduction of single family homes.

Slow your roll and don’t touch single family homes. We need diversity in housing, including single family homes.

We do not want more units on our neighborhood streets. We love our street with our big trees. Kids love playing in the front yards. If we let this happen and smaller homes are sold for big money it changes our street. We are already having a parking situation now with more businesses coming in. To live next to a towering apartment building will block our sunlight on our homes too. This is a small community and this is why people move to Culver City.

The creation of affordable housing requires a more nuanced solution than just dumping R-1 zoning--which, but itself, won't guarantee a single new affordable unit.

Everyone will be sorry if this passes, and there will be no undoing it. Needs more thought.

Upzoning allowed in this fashion will ruin our community.

Please keep zoning as it is. I do not want multiple units next to my property.
