this city has gone so down in the 30+ years I lived here. I know what the General Plan made laws were about neighborhoods and housing codes. Now City Council doesn't care what residents need or want. Who is getting paid to ruin the look of this place? They cannot be that stupid, can they? All I smell is corruption. No more starter homes or bungalows will be left, just will be more massive sardine-can-like streets as Palms! Except no affordable apts. more near million dollar CONDOS! All done by out of town greedy developers!

I am against eliminating R1/single-family home zoning. The traffic is already bad and it will drive up prices and have a very bad effect on affordable housing.

I object to the elimination of R1 / single-family home zoning in Culver City. Properties in Culver City should remain zoned "as is" so that single family lots are not converted to multi-home use. Please sign my name to the petition.

This issue was not brought up during the last election. It's not right to do this in Culver City if the majority do not want this to happen

Do not allow 8 on a lot or 4 on a lot in SR1 in Culver City.

I am against changing R1 zoning! Parking on our street is already very difficult, size of classes in our schools are to big, traffic is mostly in standstill on surrounding streets. It’s not ok to change laws without serious research.

I am adamantly against eliminating R1 zoning in the Lindbergh Park area. Research does not indicate density building lowers the pricing of housing. Developers and big money are already making it harder for the average person to purchase a home.

Hello: I am so against the elimination of R1/single family zoning in Culver City. We do not need our beautiful community to be over-built and to cause additional overcrowding on our streets. We already have problems with the traffic due to the huge development of Amazon and other developments throughout Culver City downtown area. Single-family homes in our city make this a beautiful community. Why destroy that? It's all about the money the government will make on property taxes. GREED!!!!! IT IS GETTING TO BE TOO CROWDED. Thank you. Coleen Rockey

I will not tear down my house and build multiple units; nor will I sell to a developer. Council should call this the developer enrichment act.

The logic of creating affordable housing through a simple change in zoning regulations is not solid. Much of the problem is regional and an artifact of Culver City factors and will not be affected through a procedural change here. Please think through a more extensive commitment that ia not driven by the development market.

Affordable housing is important. But this is not the answer. Record condo prices can be found this past month in MAR VISTA, our neighboring city, where single family residence zoning has been eliminated.

Do not vote to eliminate R1 Single-Family Zoning. It will NOT create affordable housing! It will DECREASE diversity and affordability. It will DISPLACE seniors and forever change our neighborhoods. Please listen to your constituents
