Please reconsider smaller classrooms are better for the children.

I think this is terrible, if you already have children going to one school, amd another you will make go to another school b/c of the district. We should have choices, r we could always just start homeschooling more,,,,,

My nephews schedule and care will be turned upside down with this passing. It is not acceptable and will make life for my family harder for useless reason! Let our families choose where the kids go to school!!!!

There are families in situations that this will not work for! We need the kids to be where we can pick them up and care for them!!

After the multimillion dollar real estate venture, I no longer trust those in charge of our children's education in Cullman county.

This puts such a burden on the parents AND the children. We are building a house at the lake and there is no where for a bus to turn around when picking up my child and if we take him to the school in the assigned district it would take us 2 hours to get to work. The only option is to meet the bus at a place it can turn around. I don't think that is acceptable. This school system obviously does not care about these children and their families.

It should be left up to the parents where their children attend school. We as parents want the BEST education for our children. And we should be able to choose the best that the county has to offer.

I think no matter what where why or how siblings should stay together at all costs!!! Family is family!! Family is number one!! Oh Charter Schools come to Cullman already!! Our school board is an emmense disappointment. Our amazing superintendent Billy Coleman may have been long winded (lol you all got the calls) but his HEART was with our children. He knew what was right. I miss him sooooooo much!!! This would not be happening if he was still with us. He was about the kids, not the politics!!!

By enforcing this rule you are basically forcing parents to choose between their children. Especially parents with older children at schools out of their zone and children just entering kindergarten. It should be up to the parents to decide where ALL of their children receive education not just the ones already enrolled.

By doing away with the schools like Harmony and smaller schools you are only hurting the communities and people of Cullman County!!!! And by enforcing the out of district policy so harshly you are hurting people who live in communities of Crane Hill and others but inconveniencing the parents of the children. Schools like Meek are and Cold Springs are out of the way for parents like myself that live in Crane Hill even though I am in Cullman County it still isn't convenient for me to have my kids in Cold Springs!!! I think the BOE is making a terrible mistake and the parents will show their disapproval in the next elections!!!!!!

we lost our right to vote for our superintendent of Cullman County without even knowing it apparently those that we elect think we are not smart enough to vote so we should let them know that they don't know everything

We should have rights as parents & taxpayers to choose where our child attends school...

I don't have any children yet, but when I do, I would like them to go to the school of my choosing & not to a certain school because of the the zoning rule.

Parents should have the right to give their kids the best opportunities without bureaucracy standing in their way.
