Please do not close the ABSN program. There are very few programs of this caliber in existence.

I graduated from the A-BSN program in 2012 (cohort-9). I have since continued on to earn my MSN in nursing education and am currently serving undeserved populations at Olive View Medical Center. I would not be where I am now without the A-BSN program. It was and is truly a fantastic program.

Without this program I would not be where I am today. This program gave me not only a career, but the chance to make a difference in many lives.

we need nurses to take care of our family. we are still short in nurses that hold a bachelor, please help CSUN to continue making nurses

I am currently working as a dermatology nurse paractituoner in NYS. Without CSUN A-BSN program, I would not be where I am.

I graduated from the ABSN program at CSUN in December of 2011. I graduated with a fraction of the loans that my coworkers graduated with from schools like Mount Saint Mary and West Coast Univeristy. I received a wonderful education which alllowed me to gain employment as an RN prior to even having graduated. I have been an RN at Children's Hospital Los Angeles since I left CSUN and I wouldn't be there today had it not been for the education I received through their ABSN program. You are doing a great disservice to all aspiring 2nd career or 2nd degree nurses in the area by getting rid of this program.

I am a rpoud supporter of this program. I have graduated with the first A-BSN Cohort, and I have learned so much; currently providing clinical care support as an advanced practice nurse at Cedars-Sinai Critical Care Division, and as a Adult Gero Nurse Practitioner in the community. I learned lots of needed information that became my foundation. This is a great nursing program and need to keep going! Thank you.

This is an outstanding program and needs to remain available to students.

Because of this fine program, I went on to obtain a Masters of nursing degree in public health and am now practicing as a hospice RN case manager. Please rethink closing this great program.

This program is critical to providing high-quality health care services for Southern Californians. Please continue funding and support for the A-BSN program.

I am a successful FNP because of the CSUN program. I'm so thankful that it was available and feel sad that it is closing.

This program changed my life. High quality, local, time efficient and affordable (so you're not left in major debt afterward). It would be a shame to see it close. Cohort 6.

The ABSN program was an amazing start to my nursing career.

I am a graduate of the A-BSN Program in 2012 (Cohort 8). This program gave me the tools I needed to make it to the place I am today. I am currently enrolled as a student at another State School (CSUSM) for the PMHNP program. I received an excellent education where I was granted an excellent foundation in my nursing career. I am a Psychiatric Nurse with Sharo Mesa Vista and I owe it to my education at CSUN's A=BSN Program. Please accept my plea to continue the program that benefits so many.

As a graduate from the CSUN ABSN program I am saddened and deeply concerned to hear that it will close. The program churns out highly competent RNs, and we cannot underestimate the value that the CSUN ABSN program has for our local nursing needs in So cal. Closing it is a mistake!

This program prepared me for my current nursing career as a labor and delivery nurse at UCLA. It is of high-value, great quality, and much needed in the nursing profession. Please reopen this program to allow future nurses to join the profession with a strong foundation that this program definitely provides.
