Dear Sirs and Madams,

With this letter we inform you about the current problem related to the fraudulent actions of the Bitrue cryptocurrency Exchange, which acts in the United States. The problem is that the named Exchange blocked the funds in our accounts without presenting any compelling reasons, and also without warning users. With such actions the above named Exchange inflicted material and moral damage to its investors. We would like to emphasize that the Bitrue Exchange has been carrying out its fraudulent activities on the ongoing basis and for a long time, thereby replenishing the ranks of defrauded depositors every day. There is a big quantity of such investers and this quantity is increasing every day. We had a contact with management of the named Exchange where we had trampled to unblock our accounts and give them the opportunity to trade, or withdraw our funds but the Exchange’s management refused us.

Absolutely ridiculous reasons were indicated in the refusal.

And also the Bitrue Exchange refers to the user agreement, in which, as it turned out, the following is indicated: "the Exchange has the right at its own discretion, without specifying any reasons to block the users’ accounts.”

The exchange allowed some of the users to withdraw 4% of all invested funds, and this is the real mockery of the investors of this exchange.

All letters with requests for unblocking accounts are ignored and Bitrue Exchange’s support service does not respond at all, ignoring the requests or responds very rarely and always interprets the reasons for blocking the investors’ funds in different ways. This is a pure scam!

In connection with all of the above, we ask you for assistance in meeting our following requirements:

1) return all the depositors' money in full refund, which is on the balances of their accounts

2) formally apologize for the moral damage caused.

3) to consider the legality of the operation of this bitrue crypto exchange, in particular, in the United States.

4) to check the legality of clause 6 of the agreement when registering the Bitrue exchange

Sincerely yours

Appeal to Gary Gensler
