I've been requesting to change my telephone number in my account so I can access my cryptocurrency. I've been trying to contact support and they won't respond. I believe my money is gone.

It has given me hope.
On 9/28/2021, I suddenly couldn't do any USDT to QNT transactions, so I locked my account for security reasons.
Shortly before that, I transferred SGB from another wallet and converted it to USDT with arbitrue, and then I couldn't make any transactions properly.
I think that's where the problem started.
I tried several ways to unlock my account, but I couldn't proceed from there because I didn't know the exact amount of virtual currency.
Since I had KYC verification, I contacted @Bitrue Official many times to have my account unlocked by sending identification documents and videos, but I got only a few mechanical replies and the account is still frozen without any fundamental solution.
If @Bitrue Official is stealing our property without our permission by freezing our account, we really can't tolerate it.
We had poured all our money (around $500000 at the time) into it and we were really in trouble.
I'd like to get it back somehow!

Bitrue banned me because their exchange bagged.
Tried to withdraw xrp and I got my assets frozen suddenly.

I had 384,862 token, and this morning this broker did an update and my token went to 3 currency units. This is not something that is done, I want my tokens back, I already had plans for them.
