I've been to cat cafes in Asia, and they are clean and friendly and fun! We can make it happen here.

I love cats but I can't afford one now. The cat cafe would be a wonderful place for me to enjoy the company of a pet at my leisure without committing to expensive vet visits, etc.

DC needs Crumbs and Whiskers! Cat cafes operate in many other cities safely and with full respect for and compliance with health and sanitation requirements. Kanchan Singh is a responsible entrepreneur who will bring the District a vibrant new venue that will satisfy its human customers while supporting adoption of its feline partners. Please approve the zoning variance to permit Crumbs and Whiskers to open!

This is a great idea! I live close to DC but rarely visit - I will happily take the 30 minute trip into the city to visit this cafe!
